WHAT TO DO IF CHIDLREN OF THE ORGANIC BODHI ESSENTIALS SEAMOSS GEL IS LIQUID?

Organic Bodhi Essentials Gel is an all natural product. We DO NOT use any gelling agents, artificial preservatives or artificial ingredients. This is an all natural product. Seamoss gels on its own when water is added and it is refrigatored. We package every product with bubble-wrap and cooling packs to ensure and preserve the quality of our product. We highly suggest that as soon as you receive our product you refrigerator it for a minimum of 24 hours. If it is still liquid after 24 hours please check the temperature of the refrigerator to make sure it is on the coldest or second to coldest temperature. Please note: Even in its liquid form, the benefits of seamoss DO NOT change.

All items are shipped via USPS to United States residences only using USPS Flat Rate Priority shipping boxes.

With Flat Rate Priority shipping we can package the box with the proper packaging materials to ensure your package arrives within its proper state because of how heavy the box is. This ensures one flat rate price no matter the weight or distance. We recommend that you order more than one jar to offset the price. The only time the pricing for shipping will be different is if you order a case. A case of organic bodhi essentials Infused Seamoss Gel is placed in a large USPS Flat Rate Priority box which is why the price is different from the regular medium USPS flat rate box.

Orders are shipped on Mondays ONLY to maintain the integrity of our product. This limits the time that the product has to stay in the post office. Cut off time for orders to be shipped on Mondays is Saturday at 9pm. Any orders placed after that time will be shipped the following Monday. (example order placed on Sunday 3-15 will be shipped on 3-23. Orders placed on Saturday 3-21 at 5pm will be shipped on 3-23.) Please understand our product is made fresh and by clean hands.
